On 17 April, Ambassador Miyagawa Manabu of Japan paid a courtesy call on Chief Justice O’Donnell.
The Ambassador participated in a tour of the Four Courts and had a meeting with Chief Justice O’Donnell. The meeting involved a discussion of the history of the Supreme Court, the Irish Constitution, the rule of law and fostering links between the judiciary of Ireland and Japan.
