ACA-Europe General Assembly in Greece

On 15 May, Mr Justice Woulfe attended a General Assembly and Seminar in Rhodes, Greece, at the invitation of Mr. Michail Pikramenos, President of the Council of State of Greece, organised in collaboration with ACA-Europe. 

The seminar discussed “New elements in the organisation and functioning of the Public Administration and Administrative Justice”, featuring contributions from judges, practitioners and academics from Member States and Signatory States.

ACA-Europe is an association composed of the CJEU, the Councils of State and the Supreme Administrative Jurisdictions of the members of the EU. It aims to better the understanding of EU law by judges of Supreme Courts, by improving knowledge of other jurisdictions’ implementation of EU law and mutual trust between the institutions.
