Fees for probate applications

You must pay a fee to the Probate Office or a District Probate Registry for probate applications and related services.


Solicitors — application fees

These fees apply to applications made by solicitors on behalf of clients.

You must submit an order form to the Probate Office with the relevant fee to order copies.

Other fees: If a grant has already issued (double, lapsed, unadministered or duplicate grant/DBN), the fee is €300.
