The OPW have started upgrades which include major refurbishment works to the ground floor of the Gandon building. Due to noise disruption from the works some courtrooms have been relocated.

Dublin Metropolitan District Court - Civil - Change of Venue - From Court 23 to Court 8
Due to fire and accessibility works on the ground floor of the Gandon Building, for the remainder of August 2026, Court 23 shall sit in Court 8 Áras Uí Dhálaigh.
